I subscribe to Carbonite for backups. Carbonite recently told me that my external drive (G:) was disconnecting during backup. I purchased a new drive (E:) and had Carbonite restore the files that used to be on G: to E:. This took two days. Now Media
player doesn't see any of my music files. Carbonite has been no help saying that they are not familiar with Windows Media Player. My OS is Windows 7. What do I do?
