My Surface Pro 3 tablet is stuck on the 'Surface screen' It will not load Windows 10 and no matter what I cannot get it to work. I might have messed up the battery or something. Out of all the times I shut down and rebooted it, the preparing automatic repair has only shown up twice now it is stuck on the surface screen with only the preparing automatic repair message below the logo. There's no change at all and not even the loading dots have appeared. Is there any way I can fix this?
