I'm a very avid Microsoft Store user for purchasing TV shows, movies, and rentals multiple times per week and have never had any real issue. Today I received an error message after a purchase for a TV show episode (I have 2 seasons of already without problem). After purchasing, I receive an error message "Can't play, The license for this content has expired. Please delete the file and download it again from your collection. 0xc3360bc6.
I'm a programmer and know about computers. I've cleared the cache and also ran the troubleshooter which stated my issue was "Fixed", however it is not. I've spent a solid hour performing these steps (including deleting and restoring) as well as rebooting my PC to no avail, I still receive error and am unable to watch a newly purchased episode of my favorite TV show.
I've also looked on the web and Microsoft site for tips/answers with no help to be found. So I have now wasted money and time from my day after work on attempting to fix this. I'm done.
As of tonight, I'm no longer purchasing my weekly movies/TV shows from the Microsoft Store but from Amazon. I do not care about the 4 dollars wasted. I suggest you guys resolve this issue and post more information so people do not waste their money and time on lousy service. It was a fun ride Microsoft Store. See ya. ;D
