We have installed on 8 computers Office 365. Out of the 8 computers 2 have problems with Excel, Word, Outloock (only on 1with Outloock). Our computers are all the same brand with the same Windows 7 installed at the same time.
After 2 weeks, our outside sourced IT haven't been able to solve the problem. Of course we have unistalled Office 365 several times and reinstalled it. Looking at the community it seems that it is a fairly commun problem. Very frustating indeed as we cannot use our work stations.
Anyone knows a possible answer?
