I am trying to figure out how to edit/adjust/reformat the quote levels when replying to an email in OUTLOOK 2016.
A disclaimers-I have used APPLE/MAC since 1983 and never Outlook. A new job means learning Office on Windows 10 many things have transferred but I can't figure this one out.
When replying to an email I have it set to include (quote) the whole email.
I normally delete parts or insert my comments into the quoted parts while at other times I want to copy part of the quoted material. How do I reformat that material to delete the indent, get rid of the 'bar' along the left side or increase or reduce the quote level.
