Earlier today, I plugged my phone (an Huawei Honor 5X) into a USB socket on my computer (an Lenovo K450e, originally with Win8.1, but running Win10 for quite some time). I've done this several times before with no issue, but this time Windows 10 stopped responding to mouse and keyboard inputs, and has been that way since. Now I am simply stuck at the log in screen every time I try to boot up the computer.
* Disconnecting the phone (which works fine by the way) did not help.
* Disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse and/or the keyboard did not help, neither did leaving them unconnected for several minutes, or in any combination of booting up with or without them connected.
* I've rebooted the computer several times, including leaving it disconnected from its power supply for more than an hour.
* I've disconnected all non-vital equipment (e.g. network cable, speakers).
* I've tried connecting them to every possible combination of the 6 USB ports on the computer, with no effect.
* I've tried to connect other mouses/keyboards, but they don't work either.
* I have verified that all mouses and keyboards works on another computer.
* I am, however, able to access BIOS and navigate it with the keyboard, but once windows start, I get no response.
