I went to a website "movies2k" my microsoft system began to talk saying i had been infected by some dangerous virus, malware, or something or other. I was then prompted to call 1-866-291-8310 where an individual claiming to be microsofts worldwide it support for these types of issues. we had a bad phone connection so I would get so far and the call would drop. after about 1:30 I was getting a little frustrated and he dropped the axe by saying it was some kind of level 5 threat and he was going to transfer me to another department. but not without detailing me what they would provide all along they had indicated that this was microsofts protecting its customers know this thing changed he asked me for my cc and home address, sit y, state and zip the cost 579.00. I informed him that this I could  not do under any circumstance and disconnected the call but he moved everything around on my computer and god knows what else.  Please can you help.
