Running Windows 10 on an HP Z640 Workstation.
Got a BSOD upon start up with a QR code and IROL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Waited till it ran to 100% and restarted.
HP start up logo came on and circle ran but stopped leaving one dot (never happened) and locked there.
Now this happens upon every restart and I can't get to anything but an F key preboot recovery or diagnostic menu.
I did an extensive preboot system check a week or so ago with no errors. Checking HD again now.
Recently had some slow boot up problems that Windows phone support resolved after 3 hours on the phone and a remote hookup and everything has been great.
Worked 12 hours yesterday with no problem.
This is the first time this has happened.
