ok i have evernote with the scan snap scanner. bought in dec 2014, scanned 150 + buisness cards and documents and reciepts then WHAM !!! stopped scanning, i sent over 25 e mails to tech support ( they dont do phone support even for $$) well its 2016, i finally shut off all my protection and redownloaded everything and got it to work again!!! for about a week. now same thing $450 and i never really have used it. Im done. is it a conflict with windows 8? 8.1? i dont know. this is my last effort. in the canal it goes. brand new what a waste. i cant even talk to someone and im sure its something stupid but nobody to ask. they have sent me some fixes in e mails but nothing and even those were confusing. I signed up for the annual evernote plus at $29 a year figuring the support would be better but nothing. HELP ANYONE???????
