OneDrive

Hi,

We constantly have problems when multiple people are working on the same Word document, which seem to be related to One Drive for Business. We lose a lot of time trying to sort out problems and/or wait for Word to respond once syncs fail. This happens when documents are shared through OneDrive.

 I experience ‘the file may be too large’, ‘authentication protocols are not supported’, and most recently ‘you are required to sign in to upload your changes’ while already being signed in.

This is OneDrive for business on our office 365 tenant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
