Twelve months ago I purchased Office 365 This had various virus problems but after many hour I resolved the problems The licence expired last week and before renewing I decided to see what files I needed to use However all the files were listed in but
when I tried to view the files I got an error message saying the files could not be found. What is worse the appear to have been deleted from my document file Everything I had put on Word & Excel is now missing. I contacted MS help 7 times but they are unable
to help. Everything was ok until they disconnected use of the programme when the licence finished Any help would be appreciated
