I can't explain the situation I'm facing. I pressed the combination of shortcut keys to open Task Manager but mistakenly I pressed some other combination of keys &the whole layout of the desktop screen got changed - the options ofName, Size, Itemtype& Date modified are appearing &the desktop shortcuts are arranged in a column. You'll need to see the attached screenshot of the desktop screen of my PC in order to understand the whole situation.

Please help promptly if you're able to comprehend the issue I'm facing.
