Wi-Fi issues on surface pro

I have had my surface pro for about two years and this is new. Almost every time I turn it on this symbol appears instead of my wifi symbol. It will not show any wifi networks when there are tons, not just mine in the area. I have been all through the setting and cant figure out how to solve this issue.
