Please can someone help me with my problem I have been denied access to my email account for 3 weeks. I have tried to verify my account numerous times giving all the information that was asked of me, to no avail. As I have been locked out for so long I can only give information from the dates before I was denied access. My account has not been hacked, I have started using another laptop together with my usual Dell a MacBook.
Any help would be appreciated I have spoken to customer services at Microsoft the agent did nothing apologise but no proper help to resolve my issue,
