Domain Administrator Privileges changed on Different Labtop, Same Domain

Hello, I am here regarding a question on computer domains.

I am browsing the computer on a domain on a desktop computer (Dell Optiplex 780 and 745) when I decide to get on a labtop with the same domain (Dell Latitude 3350). When I login with the exact same account I was using on the other desktops, it says that the account isn't an admin account (for example when I try to do something that requires an admin account it says the task requires elevated privileges. Both computers run Microsoft Windows 7 Professional.

Any solutions would be well regarded.
