I recently upgraded to Outlook for Windows 2016 MSO (16.0.7329.1032) 32 bit sometime around Jan19th . We use Office 365 and everything was working fine with Outlook. Then suddenly on Jan20th, 2017 the Outlook for Windows client stopped connecting to Office 365.
The same user name and password works when I connect using web mail (login.microsoftonline.com), but gives me an authentication error when trying to connect from Outlook . I am also able to connect on my Android phone using the same password.
I have tried my passwords multiple times but it will not accept it. Any suggestion to correct this ?
