I tried to put my laptop back to a factory default, but now it comes up with a message saying " The computer restarted unexpectly or encountered an unexpected error. Widows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "ok" to restart the computer,
and then restart installation, but it wont let me do that. can and one tell me what to do.
