After few months of successful upgrade to System Center Operations Manager 2016 I see "The All Management Servers Pool has not reported availability" error in the Active Alerts. Health status in Monitoring > Operations Manager> Manage Group Health shows as gray. No email notifications or active alerts are working now. Tried all possible solutions mentioned in various TechNet and Microsoft support sites but none helped. Please advise a solution.
Environment: One management server (SCOM 2016) running on Server 2012 R2, SQL 2012 SP3 on the same server, 48 clients all are agentless.
Steps already tried:
1. Updated registry entry based on https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/germanageability/2016/02/26/common-scom-server-myths-tweaking-resource-poolmanager-registry-keys/
Rebooted and waited for few hours but the error still persist.
2. Restarted Management Server Data Access Service and Configuration Service. Updated Run as service account password. Increased Operations Manager and DW database size, now more than 50% is free. Checked resource monitor Memory, CPU, Disk utilization all seems to be normal.
Thanks,
Gabriel
