I spent over 1 1/2 hours with technical support. This 1 1/2 hours entailed the rep, Max, taking remote control of my computer to help resolve my issue. Max disconnected the call and did not place a return call to me to finish what we were doing. 40 minutes later I reached another rep in technical assistance. This gentleman disconnected our call after we asked to speak with his supervisor. Needless to say, I've had my fill of Microsoft support. I know Microsoft is a huge company, but I think you should be aware of the people you are hiring to represent your company. I have only one word for you after wasting an entire afternoon with Microsoft, disgusted!
