My Microsoft Band stopped syncing with my Lumia 1020 again this morning. This happened late last week and is happening today. When I run the Microsoft Health app, all of the modules say "Updating" but eventually just say "Couldn't load the data. Please try again later." The Band is connected to the phone as i can see it when I select "My Microsoft Band" in the app (and vice versa, when I check the settings on the Band, it is paired to my phone).
When I manually select the "Sync with Band" in the app, I get the error message "Network Error." I don't know why a Network Error would affect the syncing with the Band. Regardless, the phone is connected to the network via WiFi and Celluar.
Also, when I originally got the Band, while it was syncing, the Band would read "Syncing." This doesn't happen even when it appears to be syncing. Did something change?
