Your a/c settings are out of date

I've gone through the write up on solving the problem "Your a/c settings are out of date" available on Microsoft Support Site. On clicking Settings-> Manage A/c-> Yahoo a/c, the Yahoo A/c settings opens. There an old password of 16 characters is shown. My current password is 11 characters. I tried to change the Yahoo A/c Settings password to 11 characters several times but failed. I even ran "CCleaner" to remove "Saved Passwords" -> Restarted. No success. I Uninstalled "Mail" App using Windows Powershell & Reinstalled from Windows Store. Still no success. A screen shot of the "Yahoo A/c Setting with 16 character Password" is enclosed
