Title: lost my hotmail groups, groups are empty?

I've been trying to reply to my last post for the last 4 days and all I get is the screen below. I've put my response to the last post in this post. Could someone get this done please.

I used my groups back in July to send a 4th of July email with no problem and now they're gone.  I'm using post update OUTLOOK MAIL. I really really need these groups with the holidays coming. I use all of them all holiday long starting with Holloween.
