For the last few years I have been using outlook.com/Hotmail.com to manage my daily tasks and meetings. Virtually, I had separate calendars per project which means that by that time there are simply too many of them (plus I see that in new outlook.com there is a limit of 10 projects that can be displayed at the same time).
I am looking for a way to move appointments from selected calendar to a dedicated new one, let’s say archive calendar.
What’s the best way to achieve this? The most painful way is to enter appointment by appointment and manually select new calendar, but that’s too much work.
For tasks I used Outlook 2016, but with calendar appointment it doesn’t work. Any ideas?
