What is the reliability of Plug and Play in Windows 7? I mean it came into Windows in Windows 98. Sometimes when you plug in a USB device, you might have to spend a whole 60 seconds to reboot your computer. Has our society become that lazy that 60 seconds
is too long to wait to use a USB device? It might be a good improvement in the next generation of Windows operating systems, but how reliable is Plug and Play in Windows 7? Any ideas?
