One of our user noticed a strange behavior – Can anyone pls advise the cause of the issue and is there something that can be done to prevent the issue?
- User OneDrive is fully synced and all the contents are showing with a Green check
- Now when user goes to OneDrive site and see “Files”, he noticed that while browsing to the files and folders and noticed that file present are couple of months older than the file that is there in his local cache (which is shown as synced)
- When user clicks on “Recent” link, he can see his latest files showing up there.
Any idea why user OneDrive folder, can see that the “Files” and “Recent” folders are showing exact same updates. Why this is happening?
