Hi guys,
Trying to sign into a users' sharepoint on their new business phone, Galaxy J5 2016, I keep getting this error message and I'm not sure why, he has permission to use the site and it works fine on desktop. I tried the same app on my personal phone (Galaxy S7 Edge) and it signed me in immediately.
Does anyone know what could be causing this please?
