Build 14955 - Cannot "Run as a different user" from the Start Menu

For the last few builds, although I have the option to "Run as a different user", I continually get "Access is denied" when attempting to do so from the start menu. If I have the icon on the desktop or I attempt to do so from the file itself (from explorer), it works properly. I can Shift+Right Click, choose "Run as a different user", then authenticate properly. If I do the same thing with an application on the Start Menu, when I authenticate, it just returns with the Windows Security windows to put in my credentials again and has the error message "Access is denied" at the bottom. Anyone know a setting or so to resolve this or do I have to continue to use the desktop for apps I want to run as a different user until a newer build resolves this?
