OneNote on Work PC and Personal 365 account security

Simple question.

I use OneNote on with my personal Outlook/365 account that sync's with my Work issued Notebook.  In the effort not to have the employer see anything personal in my OneNote, am I at risk having my personal account sync'ing on a work notebook?

What caused me to ask this question is that I see two accounts "logged in" on OneNote.  Personal and work under the OneNote accounts.  I"m using the OneNote version that is the stock app for Windows 10.

Is any information saved on OneNote on the work issued hard drive?
