LAN problem on windows 10

LAN problem on windows 10: "one or more network protocols are missing on this computer. Could not add the requested feature. The error is: This program is blocked by group policy." Group policy am not good at it. What am I looking for to enable internet protocols ? Specifically  TCP/IP - Tunnels
