I'm running windows 7, using Office 2010 and after the last set of updates (10/16/16) I can no longer print Word docs on the printer on my home network. When I want to print a document I get the message 'no printers installed'. When I click on 'add printer' I get the message 'The Active Directory Domain Services is unavailable' When I click Start > Devices & Printers my printer displays as 'Ready'. When I click 'Troubleshoot' it can't help.
I can print Excel and Powerpoint docs, Adobe docs are also ok, it is only Word that is affected.
Can anyone help please?
