I have been unable to access my outlook.com email on my laptop for a few days, although I am still receiving e mails on my phone. I have spent hours trying to resolve this using tips and ideas offered on previous threads. So far, no success and it is getting very frustrating. I have tried Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome with no luck in either case.
I also have the latest version of outlook and even more worryingly I have lost a number of historical emails too.
Although I see that a lot of people have suffered similar problems, I have not yet seen a solution.
This is the particular message I am getting. Does anybody know if there is anything in the code displayed that gives a clue what the particular problem is. I'm afraid it is a foreign language to me.
