I have tried to reset my laptop and get this message There was a problem resetting your pc No changes were made
Then i tried to reset in safe mode and got this message This app can't open microsoft edge can't be opened using the built in administrator account Sign in with a different account and try again
clicking update and security takes me back to desktop in safe mode
