I have reinstalled Outlook 2016 following a complete Windows 10 reinstallation.
I can connect to my Outlook.com account, but it constantly defaults to a secondary alias and will not connect to the primary. The secondary alias begins ba.......@outlook.com, whereas the primary alias begins ca.....@outlook.com. It seems to be going for an alphabetical order.
The ca....@outlook.com is shown as the primary address on the web. How do I force Outlook to recognise the primary email address? I had no problem before the reinstall!
