A document was being typed when a message from Windows Hello appeared advising that the computer had been locked due to a number of unsuccessful attempts to login. The message also advised that the computer could be unlocked by entering the Windows Hello pin number. Windows Hello has not been activated and there was no provision on the login screen to enter a pin number.
The message appears to be erroneous. Is there a solution to this problem other than resetting the computer to the factory defaults.?
