How to exclude official holidays (also single days) in outlook calendar from a time series ?

hello,

I need to define a series of appointments for a special course , for example every monday and Thursday,  and I'd like Outlook to exclude the official holidays. I have already installed the German holidays, but outlooks treats these days as "normal" working days.
