How do i BCC myself on emails that i send?

I use Windows 10, MS Office 365 and with that Outlook 2016 which i think is the embedded version.

I cant seem to find the auto BCC myself button that used to be available in Office 2010.

I can see some advice on help websites regarding making 'rules', but the rules instructions don't seem to have the same options in the version of Outlook that i have

Any thoughts?
