Hi all,
I installed a new copy of Office 365 on my new HP laptop running Windows 10 about a month ago. All was well for a few weeks, and then - all of a sudden - PowerPoint stopped opening. Clicking the tile or a presentation produces the hourglass symbol for a second or two, and then... nothing on the screen at all; if you open Task Manager you can see a hanging PowerPoint process. It will open in safe mode, but only provided there is no hanging PowerPoint process around - I have to end the task before it will even do that.
I have tried all the obvious things - removing add-ins, Quick Repair, Internet Repair, uninstalling and reinstalling Office, removing my antivirus software in case it had set up a clash, and nothing changes. All my other Office programs are working just fine, but I do need PowerPoint!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
