when first purchased my new phone, I entered my name wrongly @live.com I have since then opened a new microsoft @gmail.com but, my phone (Nokia 1020) @live.com account on wich I put name wrong into will not open to the new Microsoft P/word and my name. I cannot download anything from the Store ie apps or such. Need assistance, please.
