Maybe the option is there and I just don't see it...but I cannot find manual network selection under SIM settings like was in the UI for WM 8.1. when I chan Sims and restart the phone using the latest Windows 10 mobile, it takes forever sometimes to connect to a tower and seems to only use automatic. Need this option. Has this feature been moved somewhere else? Can't scan to see what networks it can see either.
