Does anyone know why when opening multiple pics in a folder causes the program to open tabs for every single pic chosen or why when I select all of my pics and click Enter to open them, it get a print prompt?  I called Dell and they have the same issue.  I went on chat with Microsoft and after an hour and a half, the tech goes and tells me that it is only compatible with Win 7.  If that was the case, which it isn't, wouldn't they have told me that right away?  I called Microsoft and they had the nerve to tell me that the program wasn't installed on my computer, that I downloaded it when I obviously didn't.  How could it not be compatible if Microsoft installed it?  I've gotten no help at all with this and Microsoft tried to charge me over $100 to fix the issue.  If it's not compatible, then why tell me you can fix it for a price?  My system is a Dell Inspiron 5758, Win 10.
