problems windows 10 update for phone

  when i downloaded windows insider to update windows ten for my phone lumia 640xl 
this message appeared to me when i click get preview  (a connection error prevented us from downloading programs for you .please check the date/time of your device and its network connection and try again) 
and my date and my time and my connection are well no thing wrong at it 
please heeeeeeelp
