Is it possible to use the media creation tool a system running Windows 10 Home 32 bit, to create an ISO for a different version of Windows 10. Lets say Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. So it can be used to upgrade free a qualified version of Windows. Or maybe even use the media to do clean install on a system that is already running a free upgrade.
The Windows 10 upgrade page states:

What effect will it have on the system running Windows 10 Home 32 bit?
