Build: 1809 October 2018 Update

I clean installed my PC a few hours ago, I set my folders in my user folder to be on -D:\Data\user_data\(folder name)-. Everything was fine. I then decided to go to Settings > System > Storage > Change where new content is saved. I then changed New apps will be saved to D:\ so ms store apps would be downloaded and installed into my D:\ drive.

My partitions on my hard disk are A:\ boot efi, B:\ win recovery, C:\ win 10 os, D:\ My files, programs and stuff, E:\ Dvd rw drive. No media is inside (the dvd player was broken anyway :p).

Now, when I changed that setting in file explorer clicking on documents, downloads etc. on the quick settings bar didn't work! It seems that it was trying to access E:\Data\user_data\(folder name) instead on D:\. Why did this happen? Why was it trying to access my dvd drive?

I can't access my user folders using quick access in file explorer. However, when I go on my D:\ drive I can access my user folders there. Moving location of user folder by right clicking the user folder in the quick access bar and moving it to D:\ or even default location would give error "Cannot apply attributes. The system cannot find the path specified." Well, that was probably because it was trying to open the E:/ drive, which was my DVD drive! Why did this happen? Maybe it was because I changed the drive letters in diskpart after moving user folders? (I don't remember doing that though). Help would be appreciated.
