This started about a week ago. I turn on my laptop and a picture shows up. It is a lovely mountain scene. In the top right corner is the question "Do you like this?" and yes or no boxes. On the next line is an offer to show me more. If I just click on the screen it disappears and I can then sign in.
Is this something new that Microsoft is doing? It started after an update. I find it annoying. Does anyone else know ablut this and how to stop it?
