Hello,
So for some reason, I have been unable to view/receive any emails after January 22, 2016. I tried everything I can think of, repairing the IMAP/SMTP email, repairing Microsoft Office 2010 (was previously using), getting Microsoft Office 2013 (Currently using but still no inbox emails), troubleshooting, running in safe mode, disabling add-ins, removing-adding the email again, and countless other emails but with all the same result of failing. I am still able to view the emails via online access, but the Outlook application isn't working. Well, it works but only the bulk and sent box works.
I spoke to a support person via chat but was unable to assist with my situation as well.
Please let me know if there's any other way I can fix this.
