Basically, when using the pen or touch in any app and any screen configuration, it regularly "jumps" towards the bottom. All along that bottom strip it suffers extreme jitters and skips. Note: the "bottom" is always the side closest to the keyboard connection ports
Attempted and futile fixes:
-Calibrations
-New Batteries in Pen
-Full system and OS restore
-Running all updates available as of today (01/25/16)
-Talked to Microsoft Support, they're sending me a new pen; at that stage 2 weeks ago touch did not cause this issue so they thought it could be the pen, but now touch does.
Has anyone encountered anything similar or have any ideas of potential fixes?
