Everything was fine until a few days ago when Onenote said it was having problems syncing a note book and needed me to sign in again. I did that I got this error message:
I am connected to the internet, and I can sign in and out of the other Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) without issue. Only Onenote is giving me this error. I've been able to sign into Onenote online, the desktop app on other computers, and the mobile app, but I can't sign in on my laptop (see specs).
My Office 365 license is for Office 365 A5 for students, and I've installed all updates. I even removed and re-installed office. Nothing has worked.
