Surface Pro 4 - Vibra el puntero del ratón
Buenos días
Compre un Surface pro 4 y una funda con teclado.
El problema lo tengo con el teclado de la funda, y mas concretamente con el ratón del teclado.
El puntero se pone a vibrar como loco y sube y baja a lo largo de la pantalla. Pero esto solo ocurre cuando pongo el cursor en una barra lateral de desplazamiento para ir arriba o abajo, por ejemplo en el Outlook si quiero desplzarme hacia arriba o abajo para buscar emails.
A ver si alguien me puede ayudar.

Surface Pro 4 - Problemas con la pantalla, la cámara y la duración de la batería
!Buenos días!
Me permite que explicar los problemas de Surface pro 4 que me molestan:
En el mayo 2016, compré el Surface pro 4 258GB 8GB. Por la causa que la batería sólo funcionaba 2-3 horas, en el fin de 2016, me hizo un intercambio la empresa Microsoft.
Pero este intercambio (acaba de enviar al Microsoft tecnica) también tienen tres problemas:
1. Se bloquea la cámara de vez en cuando, así que no me deja de tomar los fotos de los apuntes de los profesores en la pizarra, ya que los profesores siempre borran el escrito para escribir nuevas cosas, entonces he perdido muchos apuntes de estudio.
2. Cuando recibí este Surface, el borde arriba-izquierda de la pantalla (donde está el botón para encender) ya está deformado. Así que la pantalla tiene menos resistencia o protección (a veces, el Microsoft hacer el reemplazo para cliente con otro usado, es posible que el reemplazo también tiene desperfecto !).
3. La duración de batería es un poco mejor que el anterior, funciona 2.5-4 horas (muchos menos que nos dice en la publicidad: la duración como máxima 9 horas).

El Mario (debe es él) me contestó que no me pudo resolver esos problemas sin coste porque ya me hecho un intercambio y según el report(informe) de servicio de técnica…
Yo le expliqué que hubo que revisar mi Surface en centro de técnica Microsoft para verificar y resolver los problemas, pero el Mario siempre me contestó con las mismas dicho parables.
Ese desperfecto de este Surface ahora me deja sufrir, por qué:
En día 16 Mayo, 2017, guardé este surface con teclado microsoft en una funda de burbuja, y puse todo en mi mochila, dejé la mochila encima una silla, y se deslizó en el suelo (sólo 40-50 cm de altura al suelo), cuando abrí la mochila, la pantalla ya está roto!!
Además ¿El precio de mercado de SURFACE PRO 4 258GB 8GB ha bajado a 1099€ IVA incluido después lanzar nuevo surface pro, por qué el precio del reemplazo todavía son 544.5€?
¿Por qué el Microsoft no diseña y venda el protectores de pantalla, ya que la pantalla es frágil y se nos cobra tanto por la pantalla defectuosa? ¡Esa pantalla deja riesgo de pérdida (544.5€) a los clientes!

Hola, Quisiera saber como puedo desactivar la pantalla de bloqueo rapido en Lumia Windows 10, ya que después de bloquear el telefono me sale una pantalla con el estado de la hora y bateria y no se como desactivarlo, esto ocasiona que la bateria no me dure

Implementing Microsoft solutions for a busy retail pharmacy
Hi everybody hope all is well,
I manage operations for a company that owns 5 pharmacies. We recently sign on to Office 365 with onedrive to explore how we can implement features like offered by task management software and group chatting. I would like to launch something in one pharmacy to start with and see how it plays out. Then get other pharmacies on board.
The pharmacy in question has 10 + 1 team members. 5 on the floor, 4 in the lab myself and the owner pharmacist. Retail pharmacy with a very active floor with specials every week and a lot of foot traffic. Im writing this to hear and learn from experience. The case studies ive found up to now offer great insight but id really like to know if there are any similar scenarios out there or 10-20 employee teams in a retail environment.
Looking forward to any ideas or suggestions

OneDrive Corrupt
I'm trying to remove OneDrive after it stopped syncing and would no longer run.
When I try and uninstall it now, I get the following error message:
I can't install a version from the Microsoft website because it says a newer version is already running.
Any suggestions how I can get it working again? (I'm on build 15063)

Boa noite,
Por gentileza, há alguma forma para que eu fique sempre infomado quanto à atualizações cumulativas do Windows e Office? Algum site, por exemplo, que eu possa entrar e lá verificar as atualizações cumulativas recentes e fazer download das mesmas?
Explicando o por que dessa pergunta... De vez em quando faço reinstalação do Windows/Office e seria muito mais prático ter essas atualizações gravadas em uma mídia externa do que sempre ter que baixá-las através do Windows Update, devido a vários fatores como, por exemplo, velocidade de conexão, falhas no download/instalação obrigando a refazer o processo, etc.
Quero desde já agradecer a atenção.

PowerPoint Audio from first slide automatically starts on every other slide as well
Hello there,
I've been sent a powerpoint from my pupils with a different audio on every slide. Somehow the audio of the first slide automatically starts playing on every other slide as well, which makes it impossible to understand the audios of the other files. When going to audio-settings there is no tick in "automatically playing" the sound so somehow the problem seems to be somewhere else... Does anyone have a solution for my problem?

OneNote sections fail to sync. Error code: 0xE40200A8
Since a couple of weeks (about the beginning of April 2017), certain OneNote sections failed to synchronize.
First it was only one.
Yes when you create a new section move all pages and delete the old section, rename the new section... it is fixed. Until it fails again.
Now two sections fail. See screenshot attached.
I am using the latest version of Office. See screenshot attached.
I had sent feedback using the built-in feedback mechanisms, but I have never heard back.
Is there a way to inform the developers? I would like to help them track down the problem, but this lack of transparency is really annoying.

New Combobox
Hi
I have database with a table called PatientTb with fields PatientID (Primary Key formatted as Index No Duplicate and save patient numbers), PatientName, PatientAge and PatientTel. I have created single form for displaying the name, number, age and telephone number for a specific patient. I have created two Comboboxes, the first display a list of patient names, the second display a list of patient numbers. I have created a form called NewPatient with 4 fields (PatientID ,PatientName, PatientAge and PatientTel ) for entering data for a new patient. I want to create a combobox to display numbers which are not found in the field of PatientID of PatientTb table, I mean if I have numbers as 1, 3, 4, 6, 8,9,11,…., I want the combobox will display the numbers 2, 5, 7, 10.
