Buen Día
El dia de hoy me reportaron que no podian guardar un archivo escaneado, en la PC mostraba un mensaje ¨liberar espacio de memoria RAM¨ esto cadavez que intentaba guardarlo, la persona que me lo reporto estaba intentando escanear un libro de alrededor 80 paginas.

Microsoft Narrator No Longer Opens
Hello all! Okay, so my computer language is set to French Canada running on Windows 10. I had the Narrator to always run on startup using Microsoft Caroline. It has always worked in the past, but recently starts up and states aloud that it is closing.
I keep trying to reopen it, but still closes. Would anybody know how to fix this, if broken or corrupt files that need fixing? I really appreciate it. Thank you all very much for your help! :)

Que dificil se me ha hecho agregar mi cuenta de yahoo a outlook lo he intentado varia veces con la guia que me brindo un amigo de aca de la comunidad primeramente hice el intento con la opcopn POP pero me me fije que me pedia IMAP y lo volvi hacer y nada me dice que mi cuenta o clave de mi correo es erronea en ingles THE USERNAME OR PASSWORD FOR THIS ACCOUNT IS INCORRECT OR IMAP ACCES IS DISABLED. al final lo que yo necesito es tenes una copia de todos mis correcos existentes es yahoo.
si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradeceria

Surface Pro 4 default US keyboard
Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to stop my Surface from changing the default keyboard to the 'English (Australia) UK Keyboard', I want it to stay on the 'English (Australia) US Keyboard' as the key placements are different on the UK version, in particular the @ symbol and the $ sign - which is the pound sign on the UK one.

outlook and hotmail email issue
I have a Hotmail address that I can long into outlook with. it also brings up my outlook email as well when I log in. I have been trying to login to outlook calendar and it is instisting I use my outlook email and I do not remember the password for it.
outlook will not let me change it to my Hotmail address....which I know. when I try to do a password reset it wants to reset the Hotmail address even though I put in the outlook address. any ideas on what I can do? I do not use the outlook address ever
but need to use the outlook calendar and it wont let me change the email I use to log into it

Phone Wipeout
During a support call to a Technician on the 18th of May , my phone was wiped out as it restored to its factory settings .
I have lost all my business contacts and important data.
I have just started working for myself and use my mobile phone for my business. It is my livelihood .
The customer service i have received after this is appalling , i have been chasing this matter and have been promised an email but have not heard from anyone .
Can anyone advise me how i can take this matter further please

Tom Clancy's The division, DLC The Underground
I purchased Tom Clancy's The division and then bought the DLC The Underground and it's not letting me play it. It says it's offline,etc.etc. I payed 15bucks for that DLC and it's just not working. Trying to install Windows 10 Home, but it wants me to upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro?
I just put together a PC and I bought Windows 10 Home (with a product key) but when I try to install it, it wants me to upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro (I don't have a product key for that) and at first I installed it by accident and of course the product
key that I bought didn't work (since it's for Windows 10 Home and not Pro). So I had to reinstall Windows 10 Home but that's where I'm stuck.

no full screen preview when hovering taskbar thumbnail
Last time when I fresh install Windows 10 and whenever i hover my mouse cursor to multiple opened browser it show thumbnails, and when I next hover the cursor to that particular thumbnails it will show full screen preview as you might say peek. Now it doesn't
do anything anymore.
Can anyone help?
The picture attached is the preview thumbnail and when i try hover to the default Firefox browser it does not 'peek' into it anymore.

Surface Book Yellowing Screen
So I opened my surface book and noted this yellowing on the screen. I am now out of warranty (expired 12/29/16) and I purchased it brand new from Best Buy. Is there any way they'll replace this as it seems from what I've seen it's a hardware issue? I
feel slighted seeing as I purchased their premium product only to have this issue. I barely use the laptop but for $1500+tax, I feel like this shouldn't happen.

Office com erro "Reparar Agora".
Olá,o Office em qualquer programa que eu vá, está apresentando o erro "Reparar Agora" depois de um tempo que você fica nele, aparece a mensagem e o programa fecha. Isto já está bem irritante e já tentei de tudo para resolver,até o 0800 da Microsoft. Espero que vocês possam me ajudar.

Teams edit/delete rights not switching off.
We are unable to toggle "Allow users to edit their own messages" and "Allow users to delete their own messages" settings to off.
Is there another admin setting for these?

Yeni gelen Windows 10 güncellemesinin ardından bir sorun ile karşılaştım. Visual Studio' da Visual C++' da bir konsol projesi oluşturmaya çalıştığımda proje oluşturma penceresi sürekli geliyor. İptal edip kaynak dosyası eklemeye kalktığımda resimdeki gibi bir hata alıyorum ve çözümünü internette herhangi bir yerde bulamadım. Programda karşılaştığım tek geri bildirimin bu resim olması sebebi ile çözüm de üretemiyorum. Ayrıca proje özellikleri sayfası boş ve hiçbir ayar görünmüyor. İlk hata ile karşılaştığım zaman Visual Studio 2013 kullanıyordum. Güncellemeden kaynaklı bir uyumluluk sürümü olabileceğini düşünüp kaldırıp 2017 sürümünü yükledim. Lakin değişen bir şey olmadı. Onarmayı da defalarca denedim lakin yine çözüm olmadı.
Yardımcı olabilirseniz sevinirim.

Can someone point me to who I contact regarding account name?
Since microsoft is so huge, and their software is now so intertwined - I just tried to create a forum handle here to post elsewhere with the surprise that my name is taken (by me) somewhere at some point in the past.
obviously not linked to my microsoft account or I wouldnt have had to make a skewed handle to get forum access and make this post.
trying to find out who I email to get that old name erased/fixed/deleted and this changed into what that one is/was?
ive used it for 20 years across all accounts/platforms etc - im getting old and have no intention of using something else. (plus im ocd and like things to match! lol)

Call drops when sending images
Dear Skype Community,
I have tried multiple times to send images to friends and immediately when I do,
it drops my calls. I have tried solving it on my own with the web, and no answer has solved it.
If someone could figure this out, it would be much appreciated.
