Hi everyone,

after resetting the laptop and supposedly moving the files across to a onedrive account, we unfortunately found that the files hadn't moved across to the one drive account but only the folders they were in. The folders were basically empty of contents and consequently the files were no longer on the laptop due to the reset.

When opening excel, in the recent worksbooks list i can see some of the documents i wish to retrieve but when clicking on them, i get an error message: "sorry we couldn't open https://d.docslive.net...

is someone able to assist me in retrieving these files?

In the past I could choose which Office programs to install.  This appears to not be the case during my update to Office 2016.  I never use OneNote and do not want it on my computer (along with many other useless programs preinstalled on Windows 10).  How do I uninstall OneNote from the Office Suite?  I have already been successful in eliminating the preinstalled version from Windows 10 but am not being successful in getting it out of the Office Suite.  Thanks.

I'm trying to create a very simple batch file to move any file to a backup folder located in the same folder as the file to copy. The idea is to add the backup action to the Windows Explorer context menu so that I can right click on any file and move the file to the backup folder. As an example, if a file A is in folder C:\users\myUser\ and in the same folder there is a subfolder called backup, I would right click on A, select the backup option and the file would be moved to the backup folder. The code in the batch file would simply be 

move %~n1 .\backup\%~n1

Here's the problem: for some reason, if the file in inside a OneDrive subfolder, let's say C:\Users\myUser\OneDrive - Some Company\Tools, instead of getting the parameter%~n1 being translated into the correct file name the result is OneDrive. I've tried using %1 to check if the spaces were screwing it somehow but the result I got to echo %1 was C:\Users\myUser\OneDrive.

안녕하세요.

저는 지금 스페인에서 근무중인 교민입니다.

며칠전 이곳 스페인에서 오피스365를 이용하고자 스페인 온라인스토어(아마존)에서

SPANISH EUROZONE Subscription 제품을 구매하였습니다.

그리고 오늘 office.com/setup에서 제품번호를 등록하려고 하니 데이타베이스에서 제품번호를 찾을 수 없다고 나오네요 ㅜㅜ

현재 OS는 한글 윈도우10 프로를 사용중인데, 설치페이지도 한글로 나오더군요.

설치할 수 있는 방법이 없는지 알고 싶네요.

Hi,

The subject is basically the issue. I have tried outlook.exe /resetnavpane + outlook.exe /cleanviews + outlook.exe/safe and nothing is working. I have also tried a full reinstall and Office is fully up to date. 

Any Ideas?

I have recently restored my Nokia Lumia 530 to factory setting now when I try to sign into my Microsoft account on my phone I revive a message saying there was a problem setting up your Microsoft account on the phone and we need an activation code to finish set up followed by five white boxes I have contacted microsoft support who revered me to bx2 to get the code who then said it was only Microsoft who can provide this code I still can not resolve this problem does anyone have any suggestions

Windows 10, Office E365 Plus, Version 1609 (Build 7369.2130) - same problem, tried to use every possible solution, nothing helps (safe mode, office repair, scanpst, removed adding, removed antivirus SW, etc). Other Office applications are just working fine.

I added an address, *****@******.com, to the white list in Office 365, but it is still deleting some messages as spam. Is there another change which needs to be made to allow all messages from this address through?

The reason is the same on all the messages I've looked at:

I am a commercial appraiser and I need a good mapping program to identify where all of my comparable sales and comparable rentals are located on a single map.  Streets and Maps has been discontinued and could do everything I needed and much more.  I have been trying to get Bing Maps to work for my needs but there are a few things I have been unable to figure out.  Internet searches have not helped so here I am, asking the experts.  Here is what I need:

1. Add multiple pushpins to a map (I can do this)

2. Change the pushpin label from the address to something more meaningful (I can do this)

3. Change the pushpin style from the bulls eye to some other option (I find no way to do this)

4. Change the pushpin color (I need sales to be one color and rents to be another color)

5. Change the pushpin label font details to something other than white so it can be easily read on the map (I find no way to change color or size of pushpin label fonts)

6. Finally, being able to calculate the most efficient way to drive to all of these locations sequentially would be helpful.

So mainly I need help with editing pushpin styles colors and editing pushpin label colors.  I'm not a programmer so making these changes programmatically is not really an option, plus that would be a clunky solution.  If these features do not exist it would be very nice to have them added. I suspect the support is already available and all Microsoft needs to do it enable them and and change the UI.

I can't get back my administrative account.  (after checking status - of other user accounts, on my ASUS laptop.)

Is it possible, that the administrative rights.   Are Hidden?   How would I go about "enable"  Hidden  -  Administrator in Windows 10.             I have just recently downloaded, the latest updates, 2017 - 5, their were (2) updates.  But, don't think this had anything to do with this current problem

Since the last xbox one update early this year we cannot stream movies through the edge browser anymore. We get anywhere from a few minutes to 20 mins into a video and it just exits. Speaking to other friends, a lot of people have this problem. I kindly seek a solution. Thanks.

Just updated to v.1703, build 15063.332, and now Feedback Hub will not open. The Feedback Hub folder is empty. I went to the Release Preview ring for updates as Fast Ring kept returning errors and lockups on updates. RP ring gave me a different build than Fast ring, but I think it is the same, but I cannot access the announcements on the FB Hub to find out. I tried the FB Hub app in the store, but it reports "you cannot install this app on your device", so I assume it is because I am a WIP user.

This is all I get. My connection is fine. There is no troubleshooter for Feedback Hub, checking the Updates TS, I get a "data base may be corrupt" error. Everything seems to be working right, I just cannot access the Hub.

Ideas?

I mainly use Excel as a checkbook.  Up until today, it was working great....  But all of a sudden, the "Total" column" stopped working.

I tried "Dragging" from the line above and clicking on "Fill Formatting Only", and that didnt help.  The only thing I can do is hit save and then it updates.  Can anyone help??

My formula entries for the total column are  =F(Line # of previous Line F total)+D(Line #)+E(Line #)

so if I had 100 bucks, and then spent 50, the total would automatically update to the 50 bucks I have left.  Like I said, it was working PERFECTLY until today.  Now, it doesnt auto update. Can anyone help??                                                                              

EDITED:  Also....  it is not just within this spreadsheet....  I tried a test making a new Checkboook Spreadsheet, and the same thing happened

OK, so I have installed my snappy new SSD and migrated all apps and files to it. However I would still like to keep only apps and necessary files on the SSD and move all data files back to the HDD.

What files can I move to the HDD. What files must I keep on  the SSD
